It's too big for most cup holders, but it's very comfortable in the hand and isn't absurdly large in a tool bag (or under your seat, like I do) like those Stanley mug cups are. This water bottle/jug, it does hold a full gallon, is an excellent product definitely exceeding my expectations. Probably the best part, the lids, they don't leak, not a drop. The seal mechanism in the lid is well designed and should last. The handle, braided 1/8" nylon?, is great and makes it easy on the palm of your hands. Just a couple of notes. The container holds the temperature of your drink for a pretty long time. So, conversely, if you put room temperature drinks in the container it will take a couple of days to get really cold. If you're in a hurry add ice, the opening is more than large enough. Also, remember that this holds a full gallon of liquid so when full it's going to weigh around 9 plus pounds. That all said, this is a really great product.
