It has some ingredient in it that completely neutralizes the sulfur compounds in the mouth that are the causes of bad breath. I also really like that it is flavorless and doesn't burn. I'm able to swish and gargle for far longer than I can with the flavored and burning ones. When using this stuff I usually brush my teeth first, scrape my tongue with a scraper, then I swish my mouth with water really well before using it. Once I pour into the lid and get swishing, I try to keep my tongue down as much as I can to let the rinse get to the back of my throat, I tilt my head back and let it sit there the longest because I suspect that is where most of the bacteria hides from me. Once you spit it out, DO NOT RINSE YOUR MOUTH WITH ANYTHING AFTERWARD. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 mins after rinsing as well. The bad taste/smell I could always sense in my mouth and throat was completely gone after the first use. I was so happy. I felt like I could talk to people and not worry so much. I can make out with my boyfriend again without being super paranoid. I cant believe I don't see more people talking about this stuff, it is fantastic.

**Q: How do I cancel my subscription? I have been receiving a two-pack every month for a few months now.**
A: Wow! your stash of CloSYS rinse must be building Up!  I urge you to contact CloSYS, the vendor, and even Amazon customer service to assist you in cancelling your subscription.  Alternatively, if you continue to receive additional shippments after making every effort to stop them, then maybe you can either sell the excess orders to others or just give them away.  Maybe donating them?

**Q: Why is the 2 pack labeled anti microbial formula but the 1 pack isn’t labeled that way? Are they the exact same formula?**
A: That was a two part question. I wish they had answered part 1. I bought the 1-pack and it no longer has that phrase either (even though the image in the listing still did). From the perspective of those who buy mouthwash to help control bacteria populations (including plaque, gingivitis), that might seem like an odd change to make for no reason. But who knows ...
