These strong, inexpensive magnets are easy to add to any badge with the built-in tape They are strong, and hold tight even through a suit coat when it is in use, the magnet cannot be seen. One IMPORTANT caution: IF you have a pacemaker, consult your doctor about how far you need to keep this magnet from the pacemaker BEFORE you try to use it (My pacemaker (like most) is near my left shoulder, so I put the name tag on my RIGHT jacket lapel), but check with your own cardiologist.
