A: These are the new style valves. If using on a grill you will need a 5 lb regulator

A: It has a tag that says it is pre-purged, but the tank I received leaks. It leaks propane through a defective weld. Since I tried to have it filled, so I can't send it back.

**Q: How many lbs. of propane will this hold?**
A: The correct answer is 4.6 gallons.

**Q: What is the expiration on these tanks?**
A: These tanks are good for 12 years from the manufacture date. If you are buying from Amazon directly (as opposed to a 3rd party seller) then the tank will be new, within a few months of the manufacture date.
