A: According to experts, the resistance levels of both TheraBand Latex Free bands and Latex bands are the same. The only difference - these bands are latex free! Always consult with your physician to see if you may be allergic to anything, especially latex. Symptoms of a latex allergy include: hives, itching, swelling, sneezing, cough, chest tightness, nausea, etc.

**Q: How wide is the band?**
A: The bands I bought several years ago are about 4 inches wide.

**Q: is this product a tube?**
A: It is not a tube. It's just a flat strip.

**Q: Is the Theraband branding/logo printed on both sides?**
A: No it does.  Not.  These are New Old Stock of unknown age.
