I found it in a zip lock gallon freezer bag in my cabinet today. It still smelled wonderful. I brewed up a strong cup (6 heaping tsp for 17oz of water). Amazing, even today! Color is still a deep red, flavor is full and sweet. I added a 1/2 tsp of key lime juice to the 17oz of tea and it gave it a wonderful little zing.
