**Q: What's the difference between "Professional Formula" & "Original Formula"?  Thanks!**
A: The only diifference I am aware of is the fermentation time. The Original formula is fermented 3-5 years and the Professional has been fermented fir an additional 2 years. Some people claim the Professional formula is more effective. I prefer the Professional. My doctor recently recommended Florastor which is working great for me.

**Q: How is the pro different from the regular?**
A: The Pro is a stronger dosage recommended for flu season & also is necessary if you have what they call a leaky gut.  My husband & son have taken this probiotic for 5 -6 years & they don't get sick.  In addition, the ear healthy most of the time.  The regular is good for maintenance.  99% of the people do well with Dr. O'Hiras.  Also requires no refrigeration.

**Q: Has anyone noticed a difference? Trying g to decided, stick w/ reg. Or buy prof.**
A: I did not notice any significant difference between the Regular and the Professional probiotic. I switched back to the Regular formula after finishing my first box of the Professional formula.

**Q: Are the Carrageenan and Caramel Color from a natural source or synthetic? I've read that carrageenan can be naturally derived from seaweed.**
A: Regarding the carrageenan and caramel coloring ingredients, there is a lot of misinformation about both of these ingredients, but it is important to understand that there are different classes for both of these. The materials used in Dr. Ohhira’s probiotic capsules are both food grade and naturally derived – without additional chemical modifications.

These probiotics are the best I've ever taken. There are things happening in my gut - lots of movement happening. A little nausea sometimes but I can remedy that pretty quickly with my essential oils. There are things coming out of me that I'm so grateful are coming out. I've been cleansing off & on for about 17 years in different ways, but these are making more of a significant visible impact than a lot of other products I've tried. I started out with the original formula and it didnt really seem to be doing much, yet I knew I needed something strong due to the stuff happening in my body & mind. I'm so glad I gave these a whirl. I think it's very possible I have a big parasite or lets just make it plural - parasites. But this nex part is highly interesting to me. After I started taking these, within the first week I started noticing some pulsation feelings, kinda like 'knock knock' in the areas just above & just below my navel - not a pulse - this is more random. This can go on for a few minutes to a half hour. Then I also started noticing physical movements from left to right, and one side of my navel will rise up higher than the other as I'm looking down at my belly - it really doesnt seem like poop moving around. This is different. I'm thinking these probiotics are awakening these things in my belly because they don't like what's being put into the environment, so maybe they are on high alert and trying to move away & hide somewhere. My sugar cravings have really started dissapating & I'm using other cleansing essential oils too. I'm thinking after another week or two, I may try some organic turpentine (pine oil) to see if that clears out any of these things. There is a lot of positive info about using organic turpentine to clear out parasites for people into natural healing. There is a very specific protocol, as like many other things, it can be toxic/deadly in high doses. I have tried it before but I didn't see any action like I'm seeing now, but it did make me slightly nauseated. I also heard frozen organic castor oil capsules can expel them too. Anyhow, I'm very glad I gave these a try. Definitely recommend them to anyone with gut issues.
