They claim to have delivered the product and therefore will not let me open a dispute with them. They say it has been signed for, despite their company Coronavirus policy being not to accept signatures? Unfortunately I have no other choice than to complain in this review. This is a real shame as I actually already own this water bottle, and I was buying a matching one for a friend.
