I did remove the screw (very odd to need a screwdriver for the task, when the one you just bought can’t be used.)** A: I just went through this...lol You have to unscrew the screw and there's 2 plastic things to pinch by the handle. Yeah, I mangled the package, but the driver made it out okay. **Q: Is it american made?** A: Says Made in China **Q: Not clear if tool ratchets in forward AND reverse...** A: The tool ratchets both forward and reverse. A well made versatile tool. **Q: Does the handle have storage in the end?** A: It'a very odd. Some bits seat fully and others keep falling out.
