Wish it was a bit lighter *by D***L on 2 May 2024* For the longest time, I was stuck between using a small silicone spatula (it was gifted to me) and a large wooden spatula, because both of these were amazing in their own ways and I had a hard time finding anything close to good enough to replace either or both. The GIR Silicone Spatula Turner came close! So far, I have used it for all sort of stir-fry dishes and pan-frying. If the scooping part was better, I'd only use this spatula!
