A: Hello - great question - yes it will definitely work with air conditioned seats.  The air flows easily though the breathable cover and the gel cushion.

A: I am 270 and it helps with the seat in my car.

A: That's dope to know this was made where I'm from, would never guess LA could expand their expertise like this! Proud of this, in fact I'm going to buy it, since i sit gaming for hours.

**Q: Can this handle extreme temperatures? Will it melt in the hot sun?**
A: It can handle extreme hot temperatures real well.  WE were in SW Florida last two weeks.  Left the cushion in the car while parked outside.  Temperatures were in the 90's and inside the car it got into the 100's while parked in the sun.  The cushion was not effected.

This cushion came with two washable covers, which was extremely helpful. After a spill, I was able to put the clean cover on the cushion while washing the soiled one. The honeycomb cushion was breathable as advertised and prevented the excessive sweating I had experienced with standard cushions I purchased in the past. Most importantly, the cushion helped with the healing of a coccyx pressure ulcer, providing both comfort and support. I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective pressure-relief cushion.
