Pour out the water, add the beads/flakes, replace the lid without the material or replace that as well and off you go.. **Q: Can I use them I need a kitchen food cupboard?** A: I believe you can use them in a cupboard as they are sealed ! **Q: Are these suitable to use in a freezer?** A: I have them in my boat’s freezer and they work. Also use in motor home fridge freezer and they are just fine. Hope this helps! **Q: How do you dispose the item after use** A: Thank you for your enquiry. After use simply pour the liquid down any convenient household drain. Thanks again. I have a very old house with cold spots in a number of places, especially around the windows. These little pots work like magic, drawing in the moisture and preventing mouldy spots from appearing. So easy to place around the house and dispose of when full. Just about to place my third order! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helps *by M***E on 15 September 2026* Been using them for the past year, does help, quality is good, good size as put ours on the window sill in the bedroom, no leakage, will buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Please give these disposable dehumidifiers a chance *by S***E on 2 March 2026* I’ve placed all 10 disposable ANSIO Dehumidifiers in and around my large damp cellar and near a window that has condensation to no avail. They have been out for 12 days and not one drop of moisture/water is at the bottom of the plastic containers. I expected fantastic results after removing the lid and foil topper but got zilch instead. I’ve revised my original rating from 1 star to 4 stars. After leaving my first review (see above), I completely forgot about the ANSIO Dehumidifiers I had placed around the house. Some time later, my son asked why there were plastic containers filled with liquid everywhere. When I checked them, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all 10 containers were filled with clear liquid and the granules had completely dissolved. So, they definitely do work — the results just aren’t immediate. Based on my experience, I would now happily recommend these dehumidifiers and consider them great value for money. ## Frequently Bought Together - ANSIO Dehumidifier 500ml Pack of 20 Condensation Remover Moisture Absorber Dehumidifiers for Damp, Mould, Moisture in Home, Kitchen, Wardrobe, Bedroom, Caravan, Office, Garage, Bathroom, Basement - ANSIO Wardrobe Dehumidifier Hanging Bags Pack of 12 Moisture Absorbers, Trap, Condensation, Dehumidifiers for Damp, Mould, Bedroom, Caravan, Bathroom, Basement, Office – 210g Each - UniBond AERO 360° Moisture Absorber Neutral Refill Tab, ultra-absorbent and odour-neutralising, for AERO 360° Dehumidifier, Condensation Absorbers, 450 g ( Pack of 4) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/389216540-ansio-dehumidifier-500ml-pack-of-20-condensation-remover-moisture-absorber](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/389216540-ansio-dehumidifier-500ml-pack-of-20-condensation-remover-moisture-absorber) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
