The box of bits seemed quite comprehensive. Certainly had a bit for rounding edges/corners. Not sure about a bevel at 45deg. **Q: Is the body 65mm, I want to use it with a router lift.** A: Yes the body is 65 mm **Q: I am having trouble inserting the bits, there is only what i can describe as a guide rather than a collet which is too tight for the 1/4 bits.** A: The chuck is a 1/4” capacity so I’m not sure why it will not take a 1/4” bit. The only suggestions I can think of is a) Is the locking nut loosened off sufficiently and b) is the bit the correct size. If the answer is yes to both then sorry to say I can’t imagine what the cause of your problem might be. **Q: Can you get additional replacement carbon brushes for this item?** A: Sorry to say I have no idea but I would guess so. Having had it for a short time it isn’t a problem I have had as yet. I read the reviews about the bits that were not good quality but , although they are not the best, they suited me for my soft wood project just fine. You HAVE to connect it to a dust extractor as if you don't ( realised I didn't after a while and immediately regretted it ),the dust will go everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE... So.... once it's connected to a dust extractor I had no issues using it and I'd say it seems of solid build. My only gripe with this product is that if you use it for anything that doesn't require a guide ( like I did ) you can not see where you are going unless you shine a light through the plastic from the dust extractor. Apart for that, it is a good tools and the bits , so far, have been useful and strong enough. Nice little tool which I do recommend , although it's early days and don't know how long it will last.
