Lisa **Q: Will this work for callamanus worms?** A: No. You need expell -p for those. **Q: How many milligrams** A: Your not going to overdose them so just enough to soak into fish food and pour the rest into tank as directions say ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do you or a loved one have itchy fish due to parasites? ParaCleanse may be right for you *by on Reviewed in the United States 15 June 2026* If your fish seem itchy, or irritated and you notice a lot of flashing or rubbing...this is a great, safe product to use.I treated my entire 75g tank with this box, which is great for the money compared to other solutions (or even the same product at a local store). Obviously, this goes much further if you have a smaller tank or quarantine tank. Super easy to use, just follow the instructions and remove all carbon, purigen, etc.My fish went from being constantly bothered by a parasitic infection (flashing, rubbing, and a few that didnt make it) to on the mend 72 hours later. Super gentle treatment. As well as being safe for scale-less fish (loaches, catfish, etc.)Highly, highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for prevention *by on Reviewed in the United States 29 August 2026* I use this product in my quarantine tank anytime I buy new fish. A huge proportion of freshwater fish arrive with some kind of parasite, whether they're bought in stores or online. This usually isn't a problem, but I have a 75 gallon community tank, and anything can spread fast -- so I don't take chances. I've never had a problem with this overly stressing fish or causing problems with the cycling bacteria in my filters. It's also a better value than other products with identical ingredients. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast Fish Hero, Best Healing for Comet Goldfish *by on Reviewed in the United States 29 May 2026* This product has saved my fish, about 100 comet goldfish more than once, would highly recommend if your fish have flukes or parasites possible gut infections. It can make the water a little milky but it saved my fish more than once with these treatments. It takes up to two treatments to cure flukes, gut and parasites. ## Frequently Bought Together - Fritz Aquatics ParaCleanse Provides Fast Relief from Parasitic Diseases (20-Count) - Fritz Maracyn - for Saltwater and Freshwater gram-Positive Relief from Bacterial gil, Popeye, More - Easy dose Packets, 20 Count - Hikari USA Inc.
