I'm 5'3, 130 #. I normally wear a 6, and size 7 worked great for me allowing for shrinkage. **Q: Where are these manufactured?** A: They are manufactured in Thailand. **Q: Do these have material cover over the waist band ?** A: Yes waistband is covered but panties shrunk in first wash. I suggest buying a size bigger than you would normally buy. **Q: Do the actual panties say 100% organic cotton or just 100%cotton?** A: The tag itself doesn't say organic but they do have organic on the packaging. They are the best price and most comfortable I have been able to find that doesn't have a synthetic fiber blend. Most organic ones I have found have 5% spandex and it causes me breathability issues. These ones keep me comfortable with no issues. These are thin which is good for being breathable but I'm not sure how durable they'll be over time. My waist isn't much smaller than my hips (circumference) and normally I have to enlarge the waist when I buy panties but with these I didn't. The waist is perfectly comfortable as is, which saves me time since no adjustment is needed.
