Other shampoo bars don't lather well, and when you get your hair lathered, the amount of bubbles drastically melts over time until it just gets watery and starts dripping. I don't have that problem with this one. It lathers and stays bubbly for a good amount of time. And it smells so good! I love the smell of this and it actually stays in my hair!! I have to braid my hair to manage it, and when I let it out, it smells so heavenly. Even with it out and not concentrated with the braids, it smells so good. Multiple people have told me I smell good when I hug them. Even if I skip a couple days of washing, it smells good! I'm going to try out more scents! For bar soap, it's good. Just not what I expected from some of the reviews *by R***N on 11 January 2024* Scent is fine. Not overpowering. I got this, and still use it, but have gone back to 95% of the time using my Dr Bronner liquid soap. Sometimes, however, I will use Dr Bronner first, then use this second. I feel this soap does better with moisturizing and the scent. I feel cleaner, whoever, with Dr Bronner. For longevity, I had read reviews on how quickly it can go byebye. So, I started off by carving a slice to use from the main bad. About 1/6 of the bar. I did notice it didn't seem to last long even though I didn't use it much.
