**Q: when will the item be available?**
A: It is now available if your shipping address is in the United States

**Q: May I choose all saddles to be 72mm as the saddle slot for my guitar is such length?**
A: They are both 74mm len, you can shorten the bone, the other way around is not possible. For a 72mm guitar bridge slot, just shorten 1mm on each side (about 4 hairs).

**Q: Do you have a 48mm x 6mm?**
A: Not yet available, these specifications need to be customized.

**Q: I was planning to use these on a Gibson with 12" fretboard radius.  I see this is 400mm, so maybe closer to 16"?  Did I get the wrong saddles?**
A: Yes, that probably won’t work well, even if it was only 2 degrees off, like the saddles were 14 that’s kind of pushing it, 4 degrees off is a bit much 😕
