**Q: Does the top of the pole glow in the dark**
A: No it doesn't

**Q: Does it come as a pair?**
A: No, it is a single unit.  And I would suggest getting 3M tape to adhere it.  Mine sat overnight and blew off less than a mile from home.  I never got to use it.

**Q: Is the blue tip piece removable and replaceable?**
A: No it is'nt

**Q: Is the mount removable from the car?**
A: You could sure. There's a screw you can undo between base and antenna. But the base will remain on bumper because it's glued on.

Water would stick better than the adhesive us3d on theses. Once I applied a better one, they served the purpose that they were purchased for.
