A light agitation with a paint brush or similar and a quick spray of with a standard hose-gun and you're done. A pressure washer is only going to improve the situation, but as a service wash chemical it really is a no brainer at the price. On a side note, I tried this on my grubby car floor mats. A quick spray in the yard, a light rub over with a brush and a rinse off and I have lovely BLACK mats with no silicon slip. Perfect. Similarly, I did the floor seals on my garage - which were frankly filthy. One pass with this stuff and they look like new. I'm sure there are other products from Meguires and Bilt Hamber etc. which are as good or better, but I think I'll stick with Turtle Wax on this one as they seem to have nailed it.
