This epilator was frustrating to use from the very beginning. The protective cap kept coming off with almost every slide, making the process inconvenient and uncomfortable. Even worse, it took several passes to remove hair in one area and even then, it failed to pick up thinner hairs. The result was far from the smooth, flawless finish I was hoping for. I expected more precision and reliability from a brand like Philips. Sadly, this product falls short in both design and performance.
