Review: Perfect coat for my small dog - Perfect material and size for my small dog. He weighs 12 pounds and he's weirdly long (over 12'' from neck to tail), so I was looking for something that wouldn't be huge around his chest while being the correct length. This was the coat. It's a little loose around him but not hanging off or falling off. I am going to sew a little piece of velcro on it to make sure it stays tight though. Price was fair for this and the quality is good. Would definitely buy again as it's hard to find dog raincoats that are not made of soft fabric. I wanted the vinyl type that actually repels water, which this does. I don't use the hood though because it's too big on my boy, but that's okay as I've never been able to use the hoods on any raincoats for my dogs.
Review: Great little coat! - This coat is perfect for rainy days. I bought it mostly for the bright yellow color and sizable hood, as most dog raincoats had tiny hoods that wouldn’t even go over a dog’s head. The reflective strips are a nice touch. The material is good quality. There is a little hole for harness loops to go through, though it would not work with a standard collar with the hood up. I bought a size Medium for my 13-lb Cavalier King Charles pup. The length seems perfect and hood covers his long ears, though he has plenty of room in the girth area. He’s a thin boy, and this coat would also fit a much porkier pooch. There does seem to be a sight issue for him with the hood up, as he has no peripheral vision and it seems to make him a little uneasy, but I think that is something he could get used to and is made better when he is on a leash next to my feet. I also can’t say enough about how freaking adorable he looks in it!! He may not agree, LOL.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Use it like it's designed and you can't go wrong!
*by S***X on September 16, 2013*

This jacket looks good and does the job it was purchased for. Unfortunately it slides back on my dog and the under belly strap blocks his male parts and he sits down and refuses to move. Must be uncomfortable. I will find a way to secure it more snugly around his neck which in turn will prevent it from slipping over his privates. He looks so cute in it, however. 9/24/13 UPDATE: It was down pouring so I had to use the rain coat on Panini, again. This time, I hooked the leash through the slot at the top near his neck. (obviously designed to slip the leash hook through) Well, it worked! The jacket no longer slips down towards his you-know-what and he stays pretty dry except for about three inches towards the tail, which is easy to towel dry. It was a hit! Everyone raved at how cute he looked in his yellow slicker making him the focus of our coffee crowd. But the boy remained dry and no wet doggy smell! Yeah! Buy it, you'll like it. (Sorry for the earlier bad rap..., hey, I'm not a rocket scientist.)
