Review: Excellent support for posterior tibial tendonitis - I've been wearing the MalleoTrain for a few weeks due to Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. It has been very helpful. The rubber parts of the brace have prevented my ankle from swelling. It gives excellent support while walking. My only concern - other than the high price - is that I often get pressure marks on the top of my foot where the brace comes in contact with my shoe. (This happens to me with other braces so not specific to this one.)

I purchased this for my 16 year daughter who strained her ankle in soccer. I bought it based on the reviews from several sites. Her ankle measured 10" around so according to the size chart, that would have been a size 5. I ordered the size 3 & 4 based on my gut feeling. The 3 fit perfect with some room as well. She possibly could have went with a size 2 for more compression but decided to stay with the 3. If you are a woman or teen, I would recomend sizing down!
