The netting is fine and prone to stretching (like plant tendrils will make holes). You might save time and effort and use wide packing tape and sandwich the fabric between. **Q: What is the best way to install grommets to the netting?** A: I used clips to cover my veggies with the netting. I wasn’t satisfied with the netting because it did not keep the gnats out of my veggies. **Q: Could this be used to cover an entire green house (10'x18' hoop house)? Would it be reusable for more than one season?** A: It is usable for more than one season. I do not know if it would cover the area you described **Q: can this mesh be reused year after year, or is it only good for one time/season use?** A: I've used it for the first time this year but see no problem with reusing it year after year. I've seen similar products used in other gardens for many years. ## Frequently Bought Together - Ultra Fine Garden Mesh Netting, FARAER Plant Covers 8'x24' Garden Netting for Protect Vegetable Plants Fruits Flowers Crops Greenhouse Row Cover Protection Mesh Net Patio Gazebo Screen Barrier Net - MAXPACE Greenhouse Hoops for DIY 3.5ft or Wider Grow Tunnel, Rust-Free Fiberglass Support Hoops Frame for Garden Fabric, DIY Plant Support Garden Stakes, Gardening Supplies, 25pcs - Samhopo 40 PCS Garden Clips, Greenhouse Clamps Made of Stainless Steel, Greenhouse Clips for Netting, Have a Strong Grip to Hold Down the Shade Cloth or Plant Cover on Garden Hoops --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/384450746-ultra-fine-garden-mesh-netting-8x24-plant-covers-for-protecting](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/384450746-ultra-fine-garden-mesh-netting-8x24-plant-covers-for-protecting) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
