Mary **Q: What is the reason that these cannot be worn with a swim cap? I have been using ear plugs with an ear bandit and a swim cap over that. Is this wrong?** A: I think because they are so sticky and will pull out against swim cap whereas the earbandit it neoprene. We now use silicone ones with swim hat much better and don’t disintegrate like these do. **Q: are these reusable or just disposable after each use** A: I use them every day for swimming. They are very re-usable. Just dry off and then roll into a ball, one for each ear, and store in the little box provided. Eventually you will need to replace them, as I loose a tiny bit on my swimming cap each day.
