This product easily melted the stains away from 99% of the pool without a lot of scrubbing - my only caution is to rinse off with water in the timeframe mentioned, per the instructions. What it didn't take off, Bar Keepers Friend did. The few bug/mold stains left after those two products were removed with Mold Armour (green bottle). Mind you, this was a dry empty pool - but if these steps don't remove all stains, nothing will. I later used EdFred for an acrylic shower pan and a fiberglass tub - it saved us a lot of work.
