Also what is the minimum temperature that they need** A: You should get a least 3 harvests. They need to be kept ia a warm atmosphere and out of natural sunlight. Water twice daily - 10 squirts of water morning and evening. Good luck. **Q: How long will they keep growing for after the first cuttings have been ate** A: After turning to the opposite side, it will take the same amount of time to grow the second cutting as it did the first **Q: Can you purchase more spores once this kit has finished and grow in the same substrate?** A: Hi no once this block is spent all its nutrients have been used up you would need to start again with a new substrate block full of nutrients to feed your spawn **Q: Hi, what size crop did you get from the kit? do you need a place with high humidity or can i create a secondary container? many thanks.** A: Hi your lions mane will be around 200 - 250g each time, if you do have a place with high humidity this will help but the kit comes with a spray mist bottle and the micro climate within the bag will cause pinning and the mushroom to trigger then spray misting twice a day is sufficient. ## Frequently Bought Together - Lion’s Mane Mushroom Growing Kit | Ready to Grow Mushrooms Kit | Fun to Grow & Delicious to Eat | Grow Your Own Kits Foragers Table - GroCycle Oyster Mushroom Growing Kit | Mushroom Grow Kit | Gardening Gifts for Women, Men & Kids | Grow Your Own Kits | Fun to Grow & Delicious to Eat | Oyster Mushroom Grow Kit | Mushroom Gifts - Urban Farm-It Mushroom Growing Kit (XL Pink Oyster) | Gardening Gifts for Women, Men & Kids | Code to Claim Free Spawn & Begin Growing When Ready | Fun, Educational, Easy to Use & Delicious to Eat --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/381867946-lion-s-mane-mushroom-grow-kit-ready-to-grow-fresh](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/381867946-lion-s-mane-mushroom-grow-kit-ready-to-grow-fresh) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
