I just received mine but already discarded the packaging.** A: Microwave this heat wrap for 1 minute, flip the wrap then microwave another 30 seconds. When it is new, it can be very moist and take longer to heat up. After it is dried up, it will be a lot easier. Same with the smell of this heat wrap. The lavender smell can be strong at first. Do not exceed the total heating time of 2 minutes. It can burn. (after it is dry) We don't use any flame-retardants in the fabric. We only use safe and natural materials. Smell was almost a deal breaker. However, smell did dissapate over time. I wrenched my neck and had pain and limited range of motion for 4 months.
