A: The box I have says Designed in US - Made in China and Distributed out of Newark NJ

A: Yes.

A: We use them straight out of the package for some non food stuff, then wipe those, used for food, down before use.
  They aren't individually wrapped in autoclave envelopes so I wouldn't necessarily consider them sterilized.
