Suitable for both residential and commercial use, it chemically bonds with concrete to deliver durable, fade-resistant finishes that reduce glare and add unique texture. Ideal for small projects or testing color suitability, this stain offers a professional-grade, artistic transformation for patios, walkways, and more. ## Description Tired of the plain old dull concrete surfaces in your home or office? Concrete Coatings VIVID Acid Stain is here! Concrete Coatings VIVID Acid Stain creates an aged, mottled, and antiqued color and will preserve your concrete surface after drying. You'll love the endless number of distinct looks you can achieve by adding beauty to concrete. It is suitable for residential application, but it is also durable enough for commercial application. It reduces surface-glare on walkways, driveways, patios, and entrances.APPLICATIONThe first step is to ensure that the concrete surface is clean, in good condition, and has cured to a uniform, light color. Then, using a sprayer, evenly and continuously apply the stain to the surface in a circular motion. As the stain combines with the concrete, it will foam for a few seconds. Continue to expand the area slightly to the outer edges as the foaming occurs. Always use fresh material when staining the unstained surface, working well back into the completed area to avoid lap marks. Keep a wet edge throughout the operation.IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER-We recommend testing the stain in a small area to ensure you are satisfied with the color stain.-Allow the stain to dry before removing residue.-The color produced from VIVID acid stain will rely heavily on skill, practice, and experimentation.-VIVID Acid Stains may not be effective in older or weathered concrete or concrete subject to runoff or dripping water. Heavily sandblasted concrete may have little or no chemical reaction.WHO WE ARE More than just manufacturers, Concrete Coatings, Inc. is a team of dedicated professionals who formulate, blend, package and deliver concrete results. We have been proudly leading the industry for over 20 years, manufacturing overlays, stains and dyes, and other products for your concrete projects. Review: 3-D, VIVID and great price! - Color was as expected and VIVID is a great way to describe it! Love what the concrete looked like after - a sorta 3D appearance. Great price to purchase this sample size. Far less expensive than the water based stains. Next time, this is the brand and product that I will use. Review: Vivid is right. Terracotta and olive green - Loved the subtle shadings of the olive green on charcoal brick. The terracotta on grey stucco was a bit too orange so I’m ordering mahogany to tone it down 🤞🏽 Update: I liked this product but if you’re looking for a specific shade or trying to match existing brickwork, like you want to hide a patch in stucco. Don’t bother unless you are a professional. Buy a can of flat spray paint in the exact color or shade. Loved the olive green ## Features - Wide range of colors and shades to choose from - Penetrating chemical stain - Variegated color - Use for smaller projects or to determine the suitability of a particular color ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00EEHXOHQ | | Additional Features | Variegated Color | | Base Material | Concrete | | Brand | CC Concrete Coatings | | Brand Name | CC Concrete Coatings | | Coating Description | Acid stain for concrete | | Coating description | Acid stain for concrete | | Color | Olive | | Colour | Olive | | Compatible Material | Concrete | | Container Type | Bottle | | Coverage | Low coverage | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 141 Reviews | | Finish Types | textured, no specific sheen | | Included Components | Bag | | Item Dimensions | 15.2 x 15.2 x 30.5 centimeters | | Item Weight | 113.4 Grams | | Liquid Volume | 4 Fluid Ounces | | Manufacturer | CC Concrete Coatings Vivid Acid Stain for Concrete JADE 4OZ | | Manufacturer Part Number | CS-900-4oz | | Model Name | CCI-CS 900 4OZ | | Model Number | CS-900-4oz | | Model name | CCI-CS 900 4OZ | | Number of Items | 1 | | Opacity | 0.5 inches | | Paint Type | Acid Stain | | Recommended Uses For Product | Exterior | | Size | 4 oz | | Style Name | Rustic | | Surface Recommendation | masonry | | Surface recommendation | masonry | | UPC | 852664446713 | | Unit Count | 4 Grams | ## Product Details - **Brand:** CC Concrete Coatings - **Colour:** Olive - **Model name:** CCI-CS 900 4OZ - **Size:** 4 oz - **Surface recommendation:** masonry ## Images ![CC Concrete Coatings Vivid Acid Stain for Concrete Olive 4OZ - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61OrDCLdgoL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3-D, VIVID and great price! *by M***. on 8 November 2017* Color was as expected and VIVID is a great way to describe it!
