## Description

IsoAcoustics zaZen Series Isolation Platform 17" W x 15" D: zaZen I (25 lbs Max) : desertcart.ae: Musical Instruments

## Features

- 17” (432mm) Wide x 15” (381mm) Depth. 1.2” (30mm) Thick. 25 lbs (11.3 kg) weight capacity.
- zaZen I from IsoAcoustics is a stable isolation platform designed for turntables, tube amps and other sensitive audio equipment. zaZen features an elegant medium gloss black finish over a dense fiber construction to provide the ideal combination of visual and acoustic design to complete the IsoAcoustics platform. The crucial element is the integrated isolators which use IsoAcoustics patented isolation technology.
- LOW NOISE FLOOR: The combination of the mass from the dense platform with the integrated isolators creates a high degree of isolation, allowing turntables and electronic components to perform at their best, revealing greater acoustic clarity and detail.
- PATENTED ISOACOUSTICS ISOLATION: Tested at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC). The IsoAcoustics award winning design provides superior isolation performance. Rubber and foam isolation products will isolate through a narrow frequency range, but IsoAcoustics isolation technology is much more effective and works through the full frequency range.
- REVEAL THE FINER DETAILS FROM YOUR RECORDS: The stylus navigating the tiny variations in the vinyl’s groves is a delicate process that is very sensitive to vibrations. The zaZen platform decouples the turntable from the supporting surface and dramatically diminishes structural vibrations and resonances, resulting in greater clarity and detail.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the logo on both front and back? in other words, can i position the zazen without seeing the words zazen?**
A: What's even worse it that it's actually TWO logos per side. Total of 4.

**Q: Can the feet be adjusted to level the platform?**
A: Nope! But I can give you some guidance on how I slowed down 'needle jump' on my Pioneer 55DX turntable. Hardwood floors installed. Next, four rubber 'hockey pucks' on the stereo cabinet, Next, a 20lb polished marble slab. I had a Auralex Acoustics foam pad on it, but I pulled it out and put the zaZen (25lb max) isolation pad in, it helped. I'm running 1.5oz on my headshell and I still have to be careful or the needle will jump track. I wanted to send a photo of my setup, but this Amazon response only takes video. Best Regards.

**Q: Will this help with woofer pumping?**
A: Thanks for your question. The zaZen Isolation Platform will work to reduce acoustic feedback but feedback is unpredictable and may require relocating the speakers and/or powered subwoofer.
World Wide Stereo – since 1979 – and a proud authorized IsoAcoustic dealer.

**Q: What is the width underneath from one isolation puck to another. I want to place it on a surface that is 15 inch wide and wanted to see if that works?**
A: I just measured mine. It is slightly less than 15 inches from the outside of one of the pucks to the outside of the other one. You should be fine.
