I literally use it every day for work. It has saved my wrist from so much pain. The way my hand rest on it. It actually has a firm side and a soft side to contour the shape of the hand a little bit better so that I was impressed by that. very very high-quality. I use it every day for the last three years maybe four years and it’s still works just like day one it feels so natural and the support that I don’t even feel it. I switched from the mouse to the keyboard and one sweeping motion that I don’t need to take my hand off of it. The height on it is amazing so much so that it gives me a natural resting position for my wrist so it doesn’t pull back. The bottom is designed so that your hand can glide along with your mouse with minimal friction (using with fabric mouse pad).-Uses:1. Work: it is a must-have if you have an office job. I have been using mine for a few days at work and I feel much less pain in my wrist.2. Gaming: It does get a while to get used to it, but after a while the movement becomes natural and you won't notice the CarpioJust like with using it for work, you will not feel wrist pain after long gaming sessions.I believe my aim in fps games got just a bit better while using the item. Or hey, sometimes my opponent is just not having a really good day.Cons:1. A bit overpriced. It may have taken a lot of research and design to come up with the product, but I would have been a lot happier if I had paid just a little less for the product.
