A: No not really. The hair is way too silky for braids in general. It slides straight out.

**Q: Is this hair itchy ?**
A: No they are not, but they easily tangle when kept with full length (i took 26 inches) after few weeks.. so my advice is to double it to make them shorter (shoulder length)

**Q: seeing so many mixed reviews ...some swear it doesnt tangle and others saying the exact ooposite , Which one is it ???**
A: Sis.... IT TANGLES!!! HORRIBLY!! PLEASE DONT DO IT..... I thought the same thing when I purchased this hair.... I was reading reviews and I thought the same thing so I bought it and INSTANTLY regretted it..... it literally tangled out the pack.... I wore the hair in my head for only 1 week....
