Review: Everything I hoped for + a BONUS!! - My QC 35's are 8 years old, I replace the original ear pads with a set that matched the originals about 3-4 years ago. But now the headband has started to disintegrate so I decided to replace it and the ear pads with new ones in "red" because I was super bored with the silver after all this time. And I think they look better than ever! As for the kit itself it's a great value, including the leather like headband, new leather like earpads, new "L" & "R" insets (which are in the pictures but that I didn't use), and a bonus set of matching rubber earpad covers that can be placed over the new earpads to protect them from sweat during workouts. I didn't even know they were part of the set - so bonus! The kit is easy to super easy install, about 15 minutes with the included tools (you'll still need a pair of scissors or a knife to cut off the old headband). Everything looks great, and you can see what the earpads look like with and without the rubber covers on. I highly recommended.

My QC 35's are 8 years old, I replace the original ear pads with a set that matched the originals about 3-4 years ago.
