## Questions & Answers

**Q: What style of music is this pedal best for?**
A: The Tai Chi best for blues, jazz, classic rock, and country. It delivers smooth, vocal-like overdrive—not designed for hard rock or metal. Ideal for players wanting warm, touch-sensitive saturation.

**Q: Does the R-02 include a power adapter?**
A: No, the power adapter is not included. It requires a 9V DC center-negative adapter. No battery compartment—adapter only. Isolated power supply recommended for cleanest performance.

**Q: I hear unwanted hum or buzz. What can I do?**
A: This is usually power or cable related. Start with one guitar, one amp, and two known-working cables. Avoid noisy daisy chains, unstable power supplies or power outlet. If the issue continues, send us a message through the Amazon order page.

**Q: My guitar sounds very quiet, muffled, distorted, or has no sound. What should I check?**
A: Check cables. If guitar is in OUTPUT and amp in INPUT, signal is reversed—weak, muffled, or no sound. Correct: Guitar → INPUT, OUTPUT → Amplifier. Ensure 1/4" plugs are fully inserted.

**Q: The pedal sounds distorted even at low settings. Is this normal?**
A: Yes. The Tai Chi is designed to add soft saturation at all settings.
