A: The entry-level Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14 Laptop, model number 81VU00D1US, ships with a 64GB eMMC 5.1 solid state hard drive soldered on the systemboard and is not upgradeable.  You can extend storage space by using the onboard, MicroSD Card Slot, an external USB-based hard drive and/or a Cloud Storage Account with this laptop.

**Q: Can it stream movies and live shows without buffering too often?**
A: That will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the streaming services you will be using.  This entry-level, Lenovo IdeaPad 1 14 Laptop, model number 81VU00D1US, ships with Windows 11 S-Mode 64-bit Operating System.  It uses WiFi-5, 802.11ac frequency WiFi.  We recommend you check with the specific  streaming services web sites, that you want to use, for their compatibility with Windows 11 S-Mode 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration. **Q: Why does it say m.2 pcie ssd storage at top if it's really emmc 5.1?  big difference and quite deceptive.**
A: This listing does NOT appear to be for the entry-level version of this laptop. That would mean that the 128GB SSD is installed in a socket and can be easily upgraded. Lenovo doesn't bother to make that clear in the listing and I have no direct experience, but it would seem that you cannot upgrade the internal storage of the 64GB version but you *can* upgrade the storage of the 128GB version. Hope that helps.

**Q: Did 365 come already installed on the laptop or was a code included? My son’s came without a code and it’s not installed?**
