Somehow, in moving it between cars, I lost the lock nut that attaches the mount to the display. I used a tablet stand and a bunch of rubber bands to try to keep it on the dash. I contacted the seller, and they sent me a new part. I'm back in business. This is a great device to modernize an older vehicle. I love it. I looked at replacing my head unit and installing an add on, either one called to tear into my car. This is PERFECT! Good strong suction cup mount and connects within 10 seconds every time! I love the FM transmitter function and makes everything so smooth. Do yourself a favor and buy the hardwire kit. I did mine to a switchable 5amp so I don’t have to worry about parasitic drain. It’s great, I turn the car on, the Carpuride boots, and connects, then turns off when I turn off the car! Great viewing angles, I don’t worry about sun.
