Review: Perfect Projector For Me with Outstanding Customer Service! - After some light research, I decided to go with this projector and I am glad that I did. The price was affordable and the specs seemed good enough. I am writing this after 2 years of regular use in an out door environment. I am not a projector expert, but a casual user, so this review is not technical, but practical. The projector is lightweight and was easily set up in my gazebo and paired with my desertcart speaker. The screen is about 10ft distance from the projector. The user interface takes a little time to get used to, but it is quite simple and intuitive for someone new to projectors. The picture quality is good and I have even watched 3-D movies using it. Of course the picture is better in complete darkness, but the lamp is strong enough to cast onto the screen with my gazebo lights. I had a problem with the remote control. The batteries leaked lead and and ruined the remote. I contacted their customer service after 2 years of the purchase and they completely took care of me 100% !!My satisfaction with this product and company is 5 stars! Since I rarely invest in high-priced items, I was understandably disappointed. On a whim, I decided to contact customer service, hoping they might help troubleshoot or offer a solution. To my surprise, the experience was exceptional. I received prompt, consistent replies and was assigned a dedicated customer service representative who was supportive and professional throughout. She arranged for a brand-new replacement, even after two years (still within warranty). That level of service truly deserves appreciation. The replacement projector works beautifully. Although I had to make minor adjustments with my phone and Wi-Fi settings, the result is a stunning 300-inch display. I don’t even use a separate projection screen. I project directly onto my designed wall, and the image is still crystal clear, bright and clean. I wasn’t paid to write this review. I’m genuinely happy with both the product and the customer service, and I feel confident recommending this projector. It’s a worthwhile and productive investment, and you won’t have to worry about support even after purchase. The customer service is exceptionally fast quick and helpful. Thats the biggest plus point.

A: Due to HDCP protocol , Copyrighted videos such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu must be played through Fire Stick, ROKU, Computer, or laptop. If there is no picture but only sound on when you play movies, you may paly copyrighted movies.

**Q: How to play PPT files?**
A: 1. Connect your laptop to projector to present the PPT file. 2. Convert PPT file to JPG. format, store them on USB and playback by connecting to projector. Note: When playing, click "OK" and select "Repeat One". Flip the page by next/previous button.

**Q: Why is there no sound when playing video?**
A: Please turn off Dolby Sound if there is no sound when play Copyrighted videos like Netflix.

**Q: Bluetooth capability**
A: Bluetooth can only transmit Audio, but not Videos. If you want to cast your device’s screen to projector, please go to the homepage and use miracast function.
