You can go from reading a book to watching TV without changing your eyewear. **Q: I have double vision up and down not left and right. Is it possible to adjust for me?** A: It sure is. But I found them to be plastic lenses of not great quality. So I didn't find the glasses useful. But it certainly is a great design. Maybe they'll be a higher-quality version later. **Q: I wear contacts of R -13.5, L-9.5. My question is, can i still see with that glasses is i'm not wearing my contacts?** A: I used to wear contacts,,,,,,the Aldens work well for extremely short use,,,,,,,they get dirty within the lenses and cannot be cleaned. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/37200696-adlens-adjustable-eyewear-instant-20-20-vision-non-prescription-lenses](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/37200696-adlens-adjustable-eyewear-instant-20-20-vision-non-prescription-lenses) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
