I absolutely love it. This thing is heavy, durable and very well made. You can definitely feel the quality, and for me it has been well worth the money spent.I got the black and love the color! It looks sleek and really nice sitting out on my counter. I also think the 4.5-quart size is perfect for what I need. I considered getting one with a larger bowl, but honestly, I haven’t needed it. I’m completely satisfied with this size.I also love how versatile it is. Between the different speeds, locking switch and attachments, I can use it for so many different things. I’ve especially enjoyed using it for dough, and having a stand mixer makes the whole process so much easier.There are a couple things I would change. The bowl can get REALLY stuck after mixing dough. I’ve had times when I was ready to get my dough out and the bowl was jammed so tightly that it took some serious strength to loosen it. That’s probably my biggest complaint.I also wish this model came with a paddle attachment with a scraper. I think that would be extremely useful. I would also love for a pouring/splash guard to be included because flour can fly out of the bowl, even when I start mixing on the lowest setting. Both are things you can fix by purchasing additional accessories, but for the price, I wish they were included.Overall, I love the appearance, size, versatility and quality of this mixer. It’s powerful, sturdy and feels like something I’ll be using for years. Even though seller said me I am allowed do send product to them with any of courier they insist on the not pay my courier cost which is Aed 2537. So I paid that amount and I don t have any product currently.
