The motor resets itself every other day, so it thinks it’s opening when it’s closing and closing when it’s opening. It doesn’t listen to alexa commands half the time and the generic control app it comes with is terrible. When trying to adjust the blinds one of the cheap clips that connect the blinds to the track broke so now one of the panels won’t even fully clip in. The mounting tracks to the wall were bent when I got them, and they don’t hold the track securely so when mounting them, it fell off and tore up my wall twice.
