## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you leave the phone in the docking station or will the battery over charge.**
A: Purchased this for my elderly mother so it is kept constantly on the docking station ( so it has the appearance of a landline and will not run out of charge). She has had it for 5 months now and it doesn't appear to be a problem.

**Q: will this phone work with an EE sim card pay as you go**
A: Yes I think so. My parents are using it with a Vodaphone pay as you go sim.

**Q: Does this work in the UK on 4g network?**
A: So far I have 3G on uk network but no WiFi at all
It is just a basic phone designed to text and call and emergency use only
I use it as back up only for breakdown or other proper urgent stuff if I get caught out with iPhone battery dead ec - cetera

**Q: how do you switch of voice when dialing**
A: In the menu deselect voice .
