Review: User guide / manual not given. - Product is good but in the whole box I could not find any user guide / manual. It is mentioned that box contains user manual but where it is 🫴

- Assembly and Operation Instructions: Refer to user manual for assembly. Fill the top container with water and leave it overnight as filtration takes time. After repeated use, filtration speed will increase as pores of candles open up. Advisable to fill at night and refill as needed
- Before First Use Preparation: The candle must be kept underwater for 24 hours before initial use to eliminate the smell of new candle and ensure proper functioning
- Cleaning and Maintenance Guidelines: Clean the candles periodically by keeping them under water flow and cleaning with soft brush for 5 to 10 minutes to increase the life of the candles. **Q: How many liter water storage in lower contaier**
A: I have not used so far this 27 Litre purifier Filter, I have 16 Litre filter which holds 15 liters

**Q: Are the candle and tap made of plastic? Any other part in the filter is made of plastic? because I am looking for a filter with no plastic**
A: candle is made by ceramic and tap is made of plastic and balance all part are steel.
