Not your teenage daughter's highlighter, this gives a gentle sheen like candlelight on silk. My skin tone is quite fair, with cool undertones and it's perfect. It is superior even to the really expensive highlighters out there; I think it's better than Hourglass powder if I'm being very honest, but better, because it's ideal for mature skin, creamy and non-drying, full of jojoba, and doesn't sink into fine lines. If you want club, glitter, disco ball highlights it's probably not for you. If you want a chic, lit from within/candlelight glow on cheekbones and brow bones, go buy it. I'm smitten. It's one of those products that actually delivers as hoped for, and I just can't believe it's something like 15 bucks.
