Designed For: Chevy Silverado 1500 2014-Up / GMC Sierra 1500 2014-Up. Review: Works - They fit and work , maybe just need to provide a few screws to mount the speakers. It be nice if metra provided the correct size screws so you don’t have to go guessing .i ended up using self tapers to mount speakers to spacer. Review: TV these are the way to go when replacing your factory speakers. - I likes the fact that these are specifically made for the application which makes it easier to upgrade the factory speakers. The only issues that I had was that the tolerances of the fitment could have been a little closer. I had no choice to put sound dampening material around the opening to ensure that the speaker didn't flop around in the door. Secondly only 2 of the mounting holes actually lined up for installation and the other 2 had to be drilled to secure the speaker properly. With that said the positive thing is that these are made of a much more rigid material that most other brands out there. Another plus is that they seem to be almost the exact height for mounting, which leaves very little gap between the speaker and the door panel. I added 1/4 × 1/4 inch weather stripping to seal that gap to help with door panel vibrations.
