It tastes pretty good for a heathy substance. I've tried Spirulina, Blue Spirulina, Creatine Monohydrate, and this (almost equally) yucky stuff [MaryRuth's Liquid Multivitamin + Biotin] all for the health benefits. SO, THANK GAWD, THE FLAVOR IS RIGHT WITH THIS PRODUCT. I can finally give my body some self care, with ease. - Easy to use and mix into water (My preferred beverage) - Smells like Spearmint, as does its taste, as mentioned. Been taking this for a few weeks, and I actually feel a difference in my energy levels. Mixes easily in water and doesn't taste bad at all, kind of minty. I was skeptical, but I'm on my second bottle now, so that says enough lol.
