Handles are sturdy and nice that it expands into a taller bag for larger items or bottles. Dark blue/teal color is pleasing to the eye. Small pockets on the outside are nice to put silverware, keys or other small items in. Insulation seems to be very good as far as keeping food chilled when using a small ice pack. Overall pleased with lunch sack.
