A: No it’s just an extension of the sun shade. I thought it was a insect net too but it’s not

**Q: Do you have to remove the baby bag pouch in order for this to go on ?**
A: I’m not sure what pouch you are asking about, but I can use this along with the Bag that attaches to the handle. And it doesn’t use the same hooks for the one that attaches to the bottom so you could use that one as well with it.
