Seems like a high-quality pillow, however it certainly isn't firm. And I ordered firm. This pillow isn't even medium. It's closer to "soft" on the firmness spectrum. Completely floppy. I even tried fluffing it in the dryer (no heat) for 30 minutes and it did not help at all. I ended up returning these and purchasing from a lesser-known brand. Because of this, I got pillows that were actually somewhat firm at half the price. If you want a firm pillow, do yourself a favor and shop around for an alternative.
