## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this fan Energy Star compliant?**
A: Yes , very quiet also

**Q: Okay, so no timer, yet it runs, stops, starts, etc., all on its own. Wired as/instructions. Electrician doesn't know why. Return unit?**
A: It is wired incorrectly. When it is switched off there should not be any power going to it. I suggest you get a new electrician. This is a simple connection. I wired mine with a timer works great. Only other suggestion is if wired correctly, is you have a bad switch.

**Q: Can i leave the humidity sensor unconnected?
I only have one switch to control the light and fan.**
A: If leaving the humidity sensor wire (brown wire) unconnected, the fan won't be turning on when humidity level reaches the preset level.

**Q: If I turn the wall switch on and the humdity is already below the set value will the fan still turn on?**
A: Thanks for your question.
The fan will turn on only when the humidity is above the adjustable set value.
