We unboxed the compressor and found that it was boxed extremely well to avoid damage in shipping. We put on the rear wheels, air filters and supplied synthetic oil. Compressor is obviously well made with heavy metal parts including the belt guard. Very happy with my purchase and glad I did not get sucked into buying a china POS with better reviews. Review: NOT USA MADE - I am Dissapointed . This item is labeled MADE IN CHINA right on it . Making it overpriced. I paid for a USA item as stated in the info online . This one has an audible little knock when running ,It is for home use only so hopefully it last as long as my old compressor . ## Features - Portable Design: Heavy-duty ergonomic handle and semi-pneumatic tires for easy handling, ideal for DIYers or the professional - User Friendly: A low 80 dBA noise level, an easily accessible drain valve and an automatic start/stop pressure switch control provides a superior user experience - Reliable Operation: All Season Select synthetic lubricant increases efficiency; with 2,000 hours of service between changeouts, it performs four times longer than petroleum-based lubricants - Long-Life: Durable cast iron cylinder and frame, protective enclosed belt guard and manual overload motor protection provide excellent longevity ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08ZJXDGJS | | Additional Features | Portable | | Air Flow Capacity | 5.2 cfm | | Best Sellers Rank | #802,768 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #656 in Portable Air Compressors | | Brand | Ingersoll Rand | | Brand Name | Ingersoll Rand | | Capacity | 20 gallons | | Color | Beige | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 out of 5 stars 20 Reviews | | Included Components | 1) 20 Gallon Electric Air Compressor | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 45"L x 24"W x 20"H | | Item Highlight | Delivers up to 5.2 CFM at 135 PSI, has an ergonomic handle, semi-pneumatic tires, and a 20-gallon horizontal tank | | Item Type Name | 47708908001 | | Item Weight | 200 pounds | | Manufacturer | Ingersoll Rand | | Manufacturer Part Number | 47708908001 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Manufacturer Warranty | | Material Type | Cast Iron | | Maximum Current | 15 A | | Maximum Horsepower | 2 hp | | Maximum Power | 2 hp | | Maximum Pressure | 135 psi | | Model Name | P1.5IU-A9-H | | Model Number | P1.5IU-A9-H | | Noise | 80 db | | Noise Level | 80 db | | Number of Items | 1 | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Recommended Uses For Product | Air Brushing, Drilling, Nailing | | Special Feature | Portable | | Style | Horizontal | | Tank Volume | 20 gallons | | UPC | 678384080019 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Voltage | 115 volts | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Ingersoll Rand - **Noise Level:** 80 db - **Power Source:** Corded Electric - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Air Brushing, Drilling, Nailing - **Voltage:** 115 volts ## Images ![Ingersoll Rand P1.5IU-A9-H 7.5 HP Garagemate Air Compressor - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/614AQI9so4L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Do I need to buy the oil separately or is it included and just needs to be put into the compressor?** A: Yes your compressor does come with oil and it's own air filter. But while it's shipped to you there is no oil in it. Make sure you put in the right amount in your compressor before start up **Q: does it have 240 volt option or dual voltage ?** A: Not this one. **Q: If I set the regulator (which is downstream of the tank) to 100 psi, what is its deadband (what downstream pressure will it start allowing flow at)?** A: When you start using the pressure tank it shouldn’t drop more than 15lbs, then it will energize back to 100. **Q: What is the true height? Some descriptions show a 39''height and Amazon's list a 29'' height** A: Ours is 29" high, 42" long, 20" wide. These measurements include wheels and handle. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Made in TAIWAN, not china *by M***E on January 24, 2024* It was delivered by truck on a pallet.
